I just returned from another sublime week of painting at the Vermont Studio Center. My studio was on the top floor of a small red barn next to the Gihon River. No phones, no appointments, no deadlines. During seven days of creative bliss, I continued work on my Pneuma series. These two encaustic/mixed media paintings on Kitakata paper, 50″ x 16″ were sold shortly after my return from Vermont. They were scooped up so quickly that I did not get a chance to have them professionally photographed. They are now residing in East Hampton , NY.
